The stand
holds the solution bag well above the intensive care unit leaving enough
height to accommodate the drip chamber and clamp.
A clip is included to ensure that the tubing is routed into the intensive
care unit without kinks and the routing of the tube allows animals already
connected to the drip to be placed in the intensive care unit without
disconnecting the drip.
The design also allows the stand to work when Intensive Care Units are
stacked. The stand is removable and locates in a holder which is bolted
to the intensive care unit.
Both stand and holder are stainless steel and very sturdy.
The holder is easily retro-fitable to the Intensive Care Units and fasters
are supplied.
